Went to the signal butte location in Mesa Arizona to deal with a huge issue with my phone and the associate called me a "******* idiot" and the whole staff laughed at me while I mocked n the door at 8:02 pm. Worst service ever. NO one knows wo the DM and the president doesn't return emails. Why do we pay over $4500 a year to be treated like this, called names and laughed at?!?!?!
