As a verizon customer who is fed up with the the wait for Cyan update, I want to know who knows how to use twitter and other social media outlets to push the issue. It's obvious we arent listened to here. I'll happily retweet others tweets.

However you can post all you like it does not mean any actions will be forthcoming.
Verizon has a presence on Twitter, Facebook and Google+
You can also post at the Rip Off web site or even the consumerist web site.
However posting inaccurate posts can result in banning or even legal action against you from the company you are posting about.
Good Luck

Put your complaint on the Verizon Wireless Facebook page. If you want to really see a lack of customer service read down through all the complaints they get on that page. They really are poor at customer service and really don't care, as long as you pay your bill that is!

Yeah I went there and Google+ (they actually answer questions and give an email address) on Twitter it is the same as Facebook and the forum. Deflections.
I don't use their tech support.
