Why Can't I Download Apps On My Samsung Convoy 3?

I keep getting a "Fata Error" that the network is temporarily unavailable. Cannot download apps, ring tones, etc. No place to do this in the menu..

All basic phones block downloads unless you call and remove the feature.

DByrd2, It's nothing like having your favorite apps at your finger tips. This phone has preinstalled apps only. What application are you trying to download?
