Why am I not receiving or able to send media texts?

  • My data is on and I have 188/200 MB left.

  • I am connected to WiFi.

  • Airplane mode is not on.

  • No services are blocked on my phone.

  • Media Text service was working just fine before factory reset.

     When I made a factory reset on my phone (fixing my camera, glitches, and my non-responsive alarms, this was the best option), I was able to send and receive pictures in my texts. It's now been two weeks and my ticket hasn't been answered, nor has the problem fixed itself. I've tried many solutions, and resorted to asking people on the internet, all of them not helping me one bit. I'm tired of paying for a service I'm not receiving... help me out, please.

  • I've tried turning it off and on again.

  • I've turned data off then back on.

  • I've removed SIM card and re-inserted it.

  • I've had a representative do work on their end.
