I just bought a pantech caper prepaid phone and now I am having trouble going on the mobile web. It says either unable to verify your account information, or network unavailable. Every time I call I get hung up on before an actual person ever answers. Can someone please help me with this since the Verizon phone lines do not want to help?

I'm so sorry your having difficulties with your device. It sounds like the issue may be with your account. What number were you trying to call? I'm sorry we can't access prepaid accounts. I would recommend calling them at 888-294-6804.

I finally got ahold of them at 10 pm im very unimpressed I have had so much
trouble with these Verizon phones since I switched from at&t which I had no
trouble with at the moment im having no trouble finally even though I had
to reactivate this phone at least two times.
