When I try to install apps on my Lumina 822, it says that I need permission from a parent (mind you I am 35 years old), and it redirects me to the Microsoft Permission Wizard (?). I follow the steps and give permission and sign in with my hotmail address, as asked, but then it brings me right back to the beginning and no app is installed. I do not know why it does this! Can anyone help me?
I would also like to be able to turn that feature (?) off if possible. I do not want to have to do that everytime I try to install something on my own phone.

It either have to do with Kid's Corner turned on a setting/configuration of your Live account. Go to https://account.live.com and see what you have configured.
