What occurs when you're sent one or try to view any MMS? Do you have a data block on your line?

what is your current plan? do you have a web block? do you still have a data on your account? if you are in prepaid you need to have this quality to receive an MMS: \

To send and receive multimedia messages, Prepaid customers must have:

  • A VZW multimedia device
  • An Eligible digital Prepaid calling plan
  • A Subscription to text messaging without V-Block
  • Prepaid multimedia messaging feature
