This started 3 days ago. My texts go out & other ppl get mine but I haven't been able to receive anyone's texts! I tried the troubleshooting & still nothing! Anyone have any other ideas as to why this would happen?@@@@
knjfree10, being able to retrieve your messages is imperative. Let’s get your messages to your phone. What's the zip code? What is the make/model of the phone? Please dial *228 and then option 2 to update the phone. Let’s us know how it works.
