I've had my Extravert 2 for about 2 months and now it freezes when I send pics and sometimes texts disappear or I don't receive them in a timely manner....HELP!!!

Sorry to hear that the Extravert has been freezing up on you like that. Have you tried removing the battery for 30 seconds? http://vz.to/1ux5rIs If not I would first give that a try. If that does not do the trick, backup anything you need to save from the phone and master reset the device: http://vz.to/1ux5iES . Let us know how it's working for you.

Because the phone is a piece of crap! My son & I both upgraded and they both had trouble. We brought back to store, spent countless hours trying to get a better phone and to no avail, they keep sending us replacement extravert 2 and they are all CRAP!!!! Verizon won't do anything, LG won't do anything and we are now locked into a 2 year contract for a garbage phone that should be removed from the market altogether. We should all be sent a better phone automatically and not have to pay for something else when this phone is clearly the worst phone ever made!

Have you contacted the BBB? I'm going Monday to Verizon so I guess I'll find out whats up then.

My friend got this phone about 6 months ago and has none of the issues talked about. I wonder if it's going to be like the ENV3 where some in some parts of the country had trouble and other's didn't. Mary

This phone is complete crap and VERIZON knows it but will NOT do anything about it. I just got off the phone with them and they will not do ANYTHING except send the SAME piece of crap phone back to you. I have had it!!! This will be the FOURTH LG Extravert 2 sent to me in 6 months. Verizon keeps saying they do not have any reports of defects with this phone ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! The money I pay every month and in a timely fashion and the customer service is like this? WHERE is the customer support what about customer satisfaction. There is definitely something wrong with this phone why are they not taking care of the customer. THIS IS COMPLETE BULL!!!
