When I'm paying for a product or service (and I consider Verizon a good service) I detest additional advertisements or mental reinforcements from the provider. Please... will you guys reconsider and "lose" the pleasant woman's voice at the beginning of each call saying "Verizon Wireless". It is so annoying!

I can certainly understand how this could get annoying, voiceknight1! I can get you some steps here that should turn this off going forward. Please go to: Menu> Settings> Sound> Message/Call voice notifications, change to OFF.
