Why does the 2520 Nokia Lumia have so many issues? I've had pairing issues, freezing issues, and now the touch screen doesn't work! I'm SO glad i spent $700 on a piece of CRAP! And Verizon will do nothing to help or make me happy. When my 2 years are up G

GregLallo,

I would be upset if my phone was having multiple issues but would not want to lose you over this experience. Nokia Lumia are typically good phones and it saddens me to see you are having so many issues with the phone.  How often are you having the issues with the device not responding? What activities are occurring on the phone when it stops responding? Have you always had pairing issues? What are you pairing your phone to?

How is something Nokia made Verizon's responsibility to fix? I am guessing you never even contacted Nokia at all...
