today I am home for once in a long while. My Charter Internet is crap. I take out my Nokia lumia 928 and try the Internet and it is not connecting. I pull out my iPad air 2 and zip zowy swoosh I can surf just fine? So Verizon what do you say to that! I have been complaining about the phone for years and no resolution? Okay how about the rest of you?

Hearing that your Lumia 928 isn't connected to our cellular network to give you a reliable data connection is very alarming! Is your iPad also on our cellular network? How long has the internet not connected with our data services? Does it ever work - maybe in a different location? I'd like to see what the coverage is like in your area. Can you let us know what zip code you are in?
