Just recently used the Windows Insider to update my Windows HTC one to Windows 10. And there is no Verizon Cloud app available for me to upload my contacts. I think this is ridiculous, Verizon should have this app available for each phone since it is a big company...many problems with this phone and Verizon, getting really upset and considering switching to something else.

Insider is still Beta and closed to public use. Verizon wouldn't make a compatible app for such a small trial base. In time, after Win10 is official on Vzw, I'd think that Vzw Cloud would be available.

Any particular reason on why you are using Verizon Cloud and not One Drive?

In my experience, Verizon's cloud services never worked well on any platform. And OneDrive is free, as is a hotmail/outlook/live email address. WP devices were designed with Microsoft services in mind and deeply integrated. Its the only way to go IMHO. Add a contact to your address book on the phone and BAM!! - it's instantly in your outlook.com address list. Add that account to another phone and all your contacts are there immediately. Add a contact from your computer and it's on your phone instantly. You can't beat that level of integration with a stick.

Plus One Drive works across all platforms; iOS, Mac OS, Android and of course Windows and Windows Phone.

Definitely! I have OneDrive on my iPhone and it's the best cloud service out there for storing pics/documents to the cloud. The key is easy/fast access to stored files and the interface is clean/intuitive.
