Does anyone know if Verizon plans on carrying the new HP elite x3. I actually enjoy windows pone but need an upgrade and that new HP or the rumored surface phone would be exactly what I'd want.

If HP and Microsoft submit these phones for CDMA certification and program them to access Verizon Wireless's LTE bands, VZW cannot stop people from bringing the phones in for activation. Sure, the company can choose not to support various features, but, blocking activation would open VZW up to being fined by the FCC.
