My mom lost her phone, untill she gets another one can she use her old prepaid one? The pmt date is from 2010 and there is no balance on it. Can she just add minutes to it and use it or will there be a reactivation fee for it? In that case would it be better to just get a new prepaid one?

It saddens me to hear your mother lost her phone tgr31. I would be more than happy to provide equipment replacement options. Was the phone she lost a prepaid device or post paid? Is she interested in activated the phone pre-paid phone on a post paid account? In the event she is looking to activate a pre-paid device on a post paid account, the pre-paid device must have been active for at least six months.
