More than likely they will just order a replacement for you. I don't think they keep many 'replacement' phones on hand at most of the retail locations anymore. You may get your replacement faster if you call customer service and get the process started today.

Well, on Sunday, 6/12/2011, I bit the bullet and returned my Trophy to Verizon. It is not the phone for me! I am so happy to return to my Samsung Omnia II. The Verizon Rep who assisted me on returning my phone told me that another WP7 should be out in the Fall. So, let's see what happens. I hope you enjoy your phone.
