Need help 700$ bill and phone service down. Nobody will help me out with this problem... any ideas??

I am so sorry to hear about this and such a high bill. Were the charges due to data overage? What is going on that your service is down? Do you have dates and times of when the phone was hacked? What happened on the phone to indicate that it was hacked?
