My Phone didn't Show Me Update Notification  And Whenever I Try To Search For Update From Settings It says That My Phone is Up to Date ,

But My Phone Still On Amber !

My Brother Update His Phone Form First Day

A couple of things to check.

Be sure your phone is fully charged and on a Wi-Fi connection then check for the updates.
