adding contacts

have a new LG EXALT lte phone and can't figure out how to add contacts.   They did not transfer over from old phone   would appreciate help

tomellen, I hope you're enjoying your new LG Exalt LTE device thus far. I regret to learn that your contacts weren't transferred over to it. I'd feel lost without my contacts so I can definitely make sure you're able to get yours added to your new device. tikibar1 actually provided a good resource on how you can add contacts to your device in general. I'd like to expound a bit further upon that however as you may have had your contacts backed up to our Verizon Cloud/Backup Assistant service with your prior device. To verify if you did, you'd only need to check out page 71 of that same user manual link tikibar1 provided in her prior reply under the Verizon Cloud section of that manual. If you did backup your contacts before, simply follow the steps outlined in the manual in order to sync them back to your new phone. I hope this information helps.
