My contract is up in a week and I'm debating between leaving for the 920, ordering the 8x or sticking around for the ativ odyssey.
Each has its negatives. At&t gets bad reviews in my area. I have a thunderbolt and previously a touch, both with bad battery life. I'm not a fan of the galaxy plastic or pentile screens.
Would love to get some specs and an idea of the looks on the odyssey before pulling the trigger on a decision.
Rumor is sometime in December.

Here is a spec sheet. As near as I can tell, the only difference between the Ativ S and the Odyssey is the CDMA radio.
Several sites are reporting a 4.65" screen Samsung device with the Verizon CDMA radio as the Samsung Odyssey. Also Ballmer emphasized that the Odyssey was not the ATIV S. My best guess is this going to be a Windows Phone version of the Samsung Galaxy Premier, which was only released for Eastern Europe.

Which is basically the Galaxy Nexus with a slightly better processor and much improved cameras. A bit bummed if this is true, as I was hoping for something that looked bold like the 920 or 8x. This will probably just look like a smallish Galaxy.
