Good afternoon. My father has passed away. My mom and he had the same type of phones: Gusto. mom wants to transfer contacts from Dad's phone to hers. However she left his phone back in NC; we're in MS now. If we go to a Verizon store, can she transfer those numbers to her phone without having Dad's phone present? To transfer information from one phone to another at a store both devices would need to be present, but if the contacts from the missing phone were synced you could access and move contacts to the other phone using a computer with backup assistant, specifically step 5 st the link below
