What phone are you getting this error on? What are you doing when the error occurs? Your title says backup - but what are you trying to backup? And are you using Verizon's Backup Assistant Plus or another app?

Good morning. Getting an unknown error message on your phone can be quite concerning. As SuzyQ mentioned, we do need additional information to ensure we are troubleshooting the correct device and feature.
What make & model device do you have? Does the error message appear when you access a certain application? Are you trying to backup information on your phone? Additonal information to further assist you in getting the error message removed from your device would be greatly appreciated.
