I discovered the Samsung verizon flip phone i have is NOT compatible to use on my trip to Italy
I need one that will accept the euro converter chip that i will have to buy there .
Any one have suggestions for a phone that would work for me ?
I'm pretty simple when it comes to phones ...( i don't want internet )
Are ' basic ' phones compatible for European use ?

Circa $200 to use a phone in europe for two weeks
too expensive ..
i would have deleted these if there was an option to ..
If the phone is marked as global ready, it can be used in Europe. You might have to get the SIM unlocked so you can use another carrier besides the Verizon Wireless international plan.
