bluepoint does not recognize contact list

I have a samsung convoy and i have trouble with getting my contact list to download onto a hyundia blue point system on a 2013  santa fe. it pairs ok but i cannot get my contacts recognized and therefore cannot make any calls

I can understand the frustration of not having use of your phone while traveling in the car bobbeebee. I'm sorry it is not working successfully. I recommend contacting your car manufacture.
