As said Up there, I cannot receive texts, but can send them.  I can also make and receive phone calls.  I did go through the google steps and a factory reset and I still can't recieve them in my new phone.

I depend on my phone every day and would be concerned too if I weren't able to receive text messages. What is the make and model of your phone? Did you recently port a number over to Verizon Wireless? Is this for new service or existing?

Sorry for late response, the phone is a OnePlus 7T pro and I just used the sim from my old phone in my new one.
