Please advise on how to fix. I am Not able to receive or send mms messages. Not having Mms messaging is becoming a pain especially since I am paying for it. I see on various websites that this is a known issue. How do I fix this. When I go into the cellular/Sim setting and click on Sim settings there is onl add internet apn. There is no add mms apn option. Thanks.

I have the same issue.. a new Samsung Note 4, 32 GB, almost 22 GB free, 14GB free on SD card.
I cannot send or receive MMS messages .. no pictures, no group texts.
When I go to Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks there is NO option to add an APN of any type.
I have tried MMS with both the device default Messages and with Verizon Messages+. Pictures are not sent or receeved. I have seen that many people have had this issue, what is the fix for it? This is the second Note4 that I am having the issue with. It is model N910V and was purchased new.

I'm so sorry your having these messaging issues SamuraiDave. Let's look into this and see what's going on. What zip code are you in? Does data work? Is wifi off?

We understand your concern and we want to assist. We are not able to just tell you how a device is working with the network without troubleshooting it first. This way we can understand what is going on, why its failing, and how to get it fixed. How long ago did this first start? Did you install any new applications at the time when this stopped working? Does this happen to all number or to only specific numbers? Since this started, have you tried getting a new SIM Card?

About a week ago. No new apps. All numbers. How do I get a new SIM card? How much does it cost? Don't know how to remove old one. I am visually impaired.

At a corporate store for free and the sales reps can switch it for you.

TitanicJulie1912, thanks for your time and patience. I really want to make sure we get this resolved for you. I love sending MMS messages to my loved ones and you should be able to do the same. Were you able to get to the closest corporate store? Restart your phone with a SIM card inserted, and retry sending a multimedia message to your self. What happens? Are you about to search the internet using your data?

[Removed] I am visually impaired and I am having trouble figuring out where to type my answers and comments. My question has not been answered to my knowledge. I cannot get MMS messages. I have a Windows phone Lumina 735. My phone works good except for not being able to send and receive mms messages. My zip code is 54449.
Could their best an issue with my SIM card? Should I go to a Verizon wireless store as one commentor mentioned? Please advise me with out flagging this as a duplicate message. As I stated before I am visually impaired and would like my mms messages. Thanks so much.

I don't see how zip code has anything to do with this. My Note 2 sends & receives MMS just fine, (and I don't change zip codes when changing phones). Data works fine and Wifi works fine. I can't believe that with all the complaints about this that there isn't a solution somewhere in the Verizon KB. Rather than asking questions like what zip code are you in and is your wifi on, let's assume that the people asking the question know how their phones work.

TitanicJulie1912 I have the same problem and am hoping for a solution soon. Verizon, for the first time in many many years, had a net lost of customers in the first quarter 2017, and I'm thinking I may become another lost customer since I am at the end of my contract...

We appreciate any details you can provide to help us get to the bottom of this. Do you have mobile data enabled? Are you able to browse the web with Wi-Fi disabled?

TitanicJulie- to clarify- you can't send OR RECEIVE MMS? The common issue is 'can't send', but I've not heard anyone complain they can't receive.
