I got my husband an Orbic, flip phone. The sales person said when it comes up asking the password, it is the phone number for the phone.
No, it isn't.
Of course, I can't get into the phone at all, can't access the menu or anything- there is nothing on the phone, he never got the chance to use it. All the instructions I can find I would need to get to the settings in the phone, which of course is impossible as is.
Does anyone know any way to deal with this? When did you set your access password, on setup? (at this point I don't know if it was ever set up)

Did you purchase it from a Verizon corporate store or a partner store? Was it a used phone that might have been configured before? Have you looked at the support pages on the web site? https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/orbic-wonder/ or https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-220551/
