In March 2014 I bought a nokia lumia white icon Verizon Microsoft Store in Orlando, I live in Brazil so I'm using the unit in a Brazilian company, so I do not own a Verizon number. He's presenting problem, freezes and restarts some times during the day, as did the recovery and all other procedures that read on the subject, the problem was not resolved. I would like to inform me how do I change the device since it will be going back to the U.S. next month and he is still within the warranty period of 12 months.

Since the device is not tied to a Verizon Wireless account you would need to reach out the manufacture of the device since it has a 12 month warranty.
