In March 2014 I bought a nokia lumia white icon Verizon Microsoft Store in Orlando, I live in Brazil so I'm using the unit in a Brazilian company, so I do not own a Verizon number. He's presenting problem, freezes and restarts some times during the day, as did the recovery and all other procedures that read on the subject, the problem was not resolved.
