My husband just got a new sim card for his Nokia windows phone today. He gets phone calls and texts but can't access the internet. When he tries to get online he gets the message unable to configure online. Do i have to take it BACK to the store?
Let's save you the trip back to the store. Does he get this error message no matter what app he opens or is it just in the browser? Is his cell data turned on? You can check that by: Settings->Cellular + Sim. Make sure data connection is ON. You can also make sure it is showing Data Roaming is on as well.
