how can I increase the number of times the phone rings?
If you're referring to the amount of time the phone rings before going to voicemail, it's set by the system at roughly 30 seconds and can't be changed.
BAT1969, we know how important it is to have sufficient time to answer a call. As tikibar1 has mentioned, our systems are set to allow the phone to ring for 30 seconds before going to voicemail. This particular setting is not one that can be adjusted; however if you can tell us more about your concerns, weโd be happy to look into alternative options that can help.
