how do i put an e-mail account on a live tile?

Set up new e mail account @live .com but not able to acces on my phone. How do I do that? Do I hve to sync it somehow?

Yes you have to sync your Live account to your phone

Go to Settings > Emails and Accounts >  add an account > outlook

Once you synced your account, go to your home screen and swipe left and it will bring up your app list. Find the designated mail app and press and hold it will "pin to start" box comes up.

Note if you have more then 1 account like this you need to have them set as eiter full or 1/2 tiles as 1/4 tiles only show the mail icon and have no differentianting marks.
