I have copied to sim and what I thought was up loaded to verizon in backup. how do I get a copy or download to my pc?

It's very important to have your contacts available! What type of phone do you have? What way did we back those up? You can view any backed up contacts through the Verizon Cloud. http://vz.to/16bLoV6...you can also download the Verizon Cloud desktop application to your computer to view content offline.

Does your phone have an SD card and slot? If so, you can backup your contacts to the SD just like you did to your SIM. If you do that, you can access the SD card on a card reader on PC or by using a usb to phone cable.
