Would like to know how to transfer an existing phone line to a phone that is currently not in use. Have a working phone that is currently not used and a damaged phone I would like to move over...any help out there?

You should be able to do it yourself via your MyVerizon account, or you can call Customer Service or take the phone to your local Corporate Verizon store and have a Verizon rep assist.
