how to transfer my pictures from samsung gusto to my computer?

I  am lacking in computer skills, but I need instructions to transfer pictures from Samsung gusto phone to my computer. Please help, pics are very important

This is normally a tedious process on a basic phone.

Some devices allow you to connect directly to your computer with the proper drivers downloaded when attached. Others its doing it the way at the link above.
