just wanted to know if anyone besides me thought Verizon was liers and money grubbers too? I got told this window phone wold do all my android would do but that was a big lie. It won't was told if I was not happy within the 14 day I could go to any Verizon that to was a lie had to go back where I got it from and being an over the road trucker it took me 5 months to get back there. When I did get back there they treated me rude. Customer service just wants to have me pay them more money to fix this rather then get off their lazy buts and do the right thing and make this right. Now it is becoming to give me problems charging so it looks like this phone will go in a drawer and collect dust because I have to mail it in and won't be home till February and by the time new one comes to my house I won't be there to get it. I still have to make a living

When we as consumers don't take the time to research what we buy we can only blame ourselves.
Fourteen days is the return period to get another device or cancel and pay the restocking fee. Not five months later.
The job you hold is what you chose so you have to set time to handle everyday issues or have another person do it for you. Personally I don't let sales people make my decisions. I have made many cell phone purchases and luckily I have had zero issues. But I go to many computer sites to see what others are saying.
If you thought by working the time frame for replacement or repair or any other qualifier with Verizon would be suspended that won't happen. I don't even use the warranty from them. I just buy new and swap out my device. You may want to go that route and have a device you like and that works and you can do this in any city or state at anytime via online or by calling verizon to swap maid/ESN numbers which takes care of you not having a usable phone. You have shell out more cash for the device but its worth it to have a working device.

I completely understand how difficult it is to be on the go so much and to still be able to take care of things. I absolutely want you to love your device and make sure that it's fully functioning! Please know that the software for this device does have a small delay (about 10 seconds) where the phone will alert that it is being charged. To clarify, what's happening exactly with your device regarding charging? Please share some details!

Of course they're liars. They are Big Business after all. None the less it seems that a certain Customer Relations person has done her part in reaching out to you, however obscure her reply. I would not let my pride get in the way of making use of their feeble attempts to appease you.
