i tried a calibration though the phones touch menu, soft reset and a hard reset and nothing has worked.
what to do next?

I apologize you're having trouble with your device. How long have you had your phone? If it is within one year and has no physical and/or water damage, perhaps you can get a warranty replacement. Please send us a message on Twitter and we can look into options to assist you.
