lots of memory available but get low-memory warning for texts? Samsung Intensity III

Samsung Intensity III shows 2/3 of the memory as available (65M out of 100M), so why do I get low-memory warnings for texts?

Would getting a microSD card add memory available for texts, or is that only for photos and music?

Hello lynn1717! On board memory and SD Card memory is different. Your onboard memory which is for your text messages, pictures, video's, is more limited. If you have a lot of text messages, it is recommended to erase unneeded text messages to make room for new ones. You can purchase an SD card separately up to 32 GB's, which then your pictures and video's can be transferred to it.

To transfer please following these instructions: Open the My Pictures Application > Highlight the picture you want to move and select View by pressing the OK button > Select Options > Select Move (should be option #9) > Highlight YES and press OK to move picture to SD card.

Or you can also transfer pictures to your computer and vice versa. http://vz.to/1LiYVKr

Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. Thanks very much!
