Whoops, Wrong reply.  The e-mail reply method is not working... The Update I installed was specifically to address some instabilities.  One thing it does less is Crash when BT connects.  That did get better.

I feel the phones are Junk also.If i didnt have to pay for a new phone out of pocket to get rid of the *** i would do it in a heart beat.Mine will make noise tone you get when  plugging it in while it is charging all the time.

Sorry you've had problems with it.  I own two 822's and have never seen/had the issues you describe.  Unless your problem phone is being replaced with a BRAND NEW device and not a "refurbished" device (which is standard procedure), then as someone else mentioned, it's just one bad phone following another.  Pity.
