Anyone else have this happen to them. Got a data usage warning message yesterday (75% used, first and only message received) despite only being 7 days into the new cycle. It appears there was a 1.65 GB usage on the phone at 12:17pm on June 30. Only issue I have is that I was not using my phone at that time and even if I was I am covered on the WIFI at work.
While at the store to complain there was another customer there to complain that he got a 115% data usage alert (the first one and only he got) despite being only 5 days into his cycle.

First check your account on VZW site to see which device consumed that much data.
Make sure you look at the usage reports for each device. I had a incident in the past where one phone was consuming a lot of data and it turned out to be a problem on VZW side and not phone. The phone's only internet usage was weather and that was it. Those reports are beneficial for validating and pointing the issue at VZW fault.
Next, if the phone that is consuming that much data is a Windows Phone check the Data Sense app to see what application is consuming that much data.

My son had several days in mid-June of unusually high data usage, but it turns out he was using YouTube on cellular data and not on Wi-Fi. He used almost 3 GB in 4 days!
