Thanks for reaching out to us, patti3cats. I depend on my camera on my cell phone for everything. Are you using the normal camera app that came with the phone? Or are you using a 3rd party application? How long has this been going on for? Have you been able to power the device off for a few minutes and then power it back on? Also, do you get any kind of errors when the phone takes you back to the main screen? Please keep me posted.
