it acts like it is working but nothing is showing. the screen is lit. is it broken? do I need to get a new one?
I don't have a fix, either, but this recently happened to me as well using a Motorola Entice. My main screen remained solid white. I could still respond to calls (if I heard them ring), but using the menus was impossible. Therefore, you had to know what number to dial manually (can't see contacts), etc. etc.
I ended up replacing it with a new basic phone just starting today (Samsung Cosmos 3). Despite the problem, I still think Motorola makes good products, but I can't get a basic cellphone from them and stay with Verizon.
It's important to us that you have a fully functioning phone, wessonjoe. What model device is giving you all this trouble? Have you tried turning it off and on?
