got it about a week ago updated it to windows 8.1 and its eratic touch screen freezes up it will open pages for no reason its very unstable ive tried hard and soft resets please help I love this phone
We want to make sure you can continue loving your phone, purplepride. When the touch screen freezes, do you need to power off the device completely to get it working again? Do you normally have a lot of applications or tasks running when you have noticed these problems occurring?
