I have a few friends that text me that I only get a few words. I have seen their phones and it shows a complete message but I only get a couple words of it. It seems to happen when they speak the text from their iphone. Do I need to change some setting to receive these?

Hmm, that's odd let's ensure you are getting the whole message. What make and model device do you have? Is your phone's software up to date? Do they get partial messages as well?

I have a Samsung Brightside. I am not getting the whole message, it stops after 3 or 4 words so I never reply. I have no clue what they are texting. My friend said the message was just fine at her end and it was.....she showed me. I have no clue if software is up to date. Is there someplace that tells me if it is current?
