Personal rant, why do people write the entire problem in topic line

It's not possible with Windows Phone 8.  What's the point, a call is coming in and the phone allows you to answer.

first time here .. on registration confirmation page it looked like the input box was where to post question ... evidently it was for the topic after being taken to the next page for question ...
