@manny1263 - You have a couple of options with regards to getting your screen replaced. If you have insurance, you can always contact Asurion, and they can ship you out a replacement device after paying the deductible. The majority of smart phone's start at $99 for their deductible. Their number is 888-881-2622.
The other option you have is that you can always search for a cell phone repair shop in your area. Prices can vary, and they are at your own risk, but it is an option worth exploring as they can replace the top layer of your screen!
