I just got my mother a new Convoy 3, and the call volume is very low. I turned the volume all the way up during a call, but the other person still sounded low and far away. Did I get a dud?
Oh no Liger_Pants! It shouldn't be to low! Is the device in a case? Or still have the orginal plastic on it? If so, please take them off and retest.
