Husbands phone: Master volume set to high but Incoming calls are very soft. Have set all volumes to high, can set ring tone and when i hit play the volume is loud but when I call husbands phone it sounds much softer, can barely hear. Have contacted samsung support but got no solution. It has happened before and i fixed it before, though not sure how/why. Can anyone help.
