I got my phone stolen the new replacement has issues,,, i cant send pictures on messenger at times HELP

Sorry to hear that your device was recently stolen. We'd love to help make sure that your current device is working reliably.

Do you notice this issue when your device is connected to Wi-Fi only? Are you able to receive these picture messages normally? Have you attempted to reboot the phone?
