The audio on my LG Cosmo only works in the "speaker " mode. The phone still rings when people call me but I can not hear them unless I pushed the speaker button and turned on the speaker mode. Same thing happens when I call out. I have reset all of the voice setting, even took the battery out andreplced it, but still to no avail. Please help. Thanks
